Shipping Policy

Shipping: Thank you for supporting independent art. All orders are carefully prepared and shipped from the United Kingdom or, in the case of fine art prints, fulfilled by Gelato through their global production network.

Original paintings are packaged by hand with great care to ensure they arrive safely. Processing time: 3–5 business days

Shipping includes protective packaging.

Tracked shipping is provided whenever available.

Insurance may be included for valuable artworks.

Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Fine art prints are professionally printed and fulfilled by Gelato. To reduce shipping times and environmental impact, prints are produced at the Gelato production facility closest to the delivery address whenever possible. Production usually takes 2–5 business days, followed by shipping.

Delivery times vary by destination. International Orders International customers may be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping Delays Although every effort is made to deliver orders on time, delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control may occasionally occur. If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Damaged Orders If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of: the artwork, the packaging, * and any visible damage.
